During the 36 years of his career, Nabil has held senior positions in many reputable insurance & reinsurance companies in the UAE, USA, Cyprus, and Bahrain. He has attended various specialized courses including on the job training in London, Munich, Berlin and Zurich with international firms such as Munich Re, Allianz and Swiss Re
Mr. Kamal Tabaja
Group Chief Operating Officer
Kamal began his career as a Systems Engineer and is a fellow of the Chartered Insurance (FCII) UK. He has been working in the Insurance & Reinsurance industry for the past 13 years. Kamal’s tenure at Trust Re began in 2002 in the Treaty Department. He held various, progressively senior underwriting positions before being appointed COO in December 2014
Mr. Artem Bondarev
SOGAZ Insurance Company
Artem Bondarev is the reinsurance director of SOGAZ Insurance Company and responsible for inwards and outwards reinsurance activity. He started his carrier in SOGAZ 8 years ago as a head of inwards reinsurance division and now manages a portfolio about USD 100 million inwards premiums. Together with underwriting team, Artem organized reinsurance protection of the largest industrial risks portfolio in Russia.

Mrs. Alice Geevarghese Vaidyan
Chairman Cum Managing Director
Mrs Alice G Vaidyan, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, GIC Re, is the first lady officer to assume the post of Chairman of the National Reinsurer. She is also the first lady CMD in the public sector Insurance industry in India (both life and non-life).
Mrs Vaidyan was earlier General Manager and CFO of GIC Re from October 2012 till 24th of January 2016 when she was elevated as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the Corporation.
with over 3 decades of experience, Mrs Vaidyan is a well-recognised and acclaimed personality in the global reinsurance forums. A post graduate in English literature and a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, Mrs Vaidyan has also trained at the Harvard Business School, Boston. She has won several national and international awards. She is a speaker of repute in national and international conferences. Mrs Vaidyan received the Woman in Insurance Award in 2014.
Mrs. Neval Aydoğan

Neval Aydoğan has been working in the insurance industry for 12 years. Further to her experience in one of the major local insurance companies, she joined Milli Re in 2006 and worked for the retrocession team who also writes a book of select business from Continental Europe and Lloyd’s and handles rating agency relationships. With her know-how on rating agency capital models as well as insurance and reinsurance markets, she joined the risk management team, as head of department. She is a graduate of Galatasaray University, with a B.A. degree on Political Science and Public Administration. She obtained her M.A degree from L’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po), focusing on European Union competition and public policies. Before joining the insurance market she also worked for a non-profit think tank conducting economic and social studies on Turkey.
Mr. Alain Bouzaid
Alain Bouzaid is the director of the treaty division, with a team of highly skilled specialists in health & life and general business that manage a portfolio in excess of USD 100 million premiums.
Prior to joining Chedid Re, Alain was the Managing Director of Nasco Karaoglan in Saudi Arabia which he helped establish. Earlier, he worked 12 years with AXA Group, notably at AXA RE and Paris RE where he was successively in charge of the parametric covers division and the treaty activity for France, Benelux, Southern Europe and Africa.
Alain holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Strategy from Paris Institute of Political Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Corporate and Tax Law from Paris Sud University. He also trained at ENSAE, Paris, on statistical analysis and risk modeling.
Mr. Vasilis Katsipis
General Manager, Market Development
Vasilis Katsipis is based in Dubai and is General Manager, Market Development of A.M. Best for MENA, South & Central Asia.
He has been with A.M. Best for the last ten years, having joined the company in London as a managing senior financial analyst and growing to the position of general manager, analytics for EMEA. He has written several pieces focusing on insurance and regulation in Europe and the MENA region and has participated in international bodies focused on establishing global standards for insurance.
Prior to joining A.M. Best Vasilis was responsible for alternative distribution channels for GE Insurance Solutions. He has over 20 years of insurance and reinsurance experience, having focused on both the life and non-life sectors. He has held roles in high level operational and strategic positions. For most of his career, he has held international positions with either European or global responsibilities.
Vasilis holds an MBA from University of Wales and a BSc in economics from Piraeus University.
Mr. Dimitris Dimitriou

Dimitris has over 20 years’ professional experience in the Insurance and Reinsurance Industry which started with Swiss Re in London. He then served as Secretary of the Insurance Association of Cyprus prior to founding Lux (Cyprus) in 2009. Through his experience, Dimitris has developed an in-depth understanding of insurance regulation and Solvency II in particular. He has been involved in numerous market studies and has been actively involved in the transposition of EU insurance directives into the national laws and regulations of Cyprus. He holds statutory or advisory roles for insurers, market bodies and regulators in several jurisdictions in South Eastern Europe. Dimitris has served as the President of the Cyprus Association of Actuaries and is a lecturer for the Cyprus Insurance Institute.

Through his extensive experience in the communication world, in various roles and responsibilities; such as being the Strategic Planner and Conceptual Editor (PR Division) of the Levant at Leo Burnett, he has seen the evolution of the practice and learned to respect the sentient evolution of communications.
Contributing a lot to Telltale’s culture and philosophy, Mounir believes in the importance of understanding a brand and its market in order to properly extrapolate the Telltale tale sign that makes our communication strategies different. It is only through an intricate understanding of consumers, context and trends that we are able to deliver innovative and intuitive public relations that always tells a story in the digital age.

Emile completed his BA in Business Marketing at SUNY New York Luring himself into the advertising world, He first started with Y&R where he had the chance to work and challenge himself on a multitude of brands from Airlines, & Fashion to Financial institutions & Real Estate and was nominated as one of the new faces to watch in the Middle East. He then completed his MBA while he was working with Saatchi & Saatchi Beirut for two years. Emile got closer to his goals where he had the chance to work on what seems to be his passion, Socio-political and Public Awareness communication. He also expanded his portfolio in the Oil & Gas, Hospitality and Media throughout the region. During his time at Saatchi, Emile was fortunate enough to explore an avenue of communication new to him. Namely, brand creation/corporate identity.
Emile finally found his calling when he accepted his latest challenge…to be the Regional Managing Director for FP7 Beirut & Iraq.
